    Unicorp relaced 21 windows in our house recently in very cold conditions. The crew did an excellent job! They kept to the schedule, made sure what little mess was made was cleaned up, and the crew was extremely nice and polite. We love the new windows! Thank you.

    Unicorp replaced the roof on our house. They were efficient, careful, and courteous. When we had questions, they responded in a clear and friendly manner. Their price was fair. The job was completed on schedule without any hassles. And the roof looks terrific. I recommend Unicorp without reservation.

    Unicorp refinished the entire exterior of our first home - all siding, the front door, side door, and (1x) window. Professional from start to finish and everything turned out great.Our second home is still a work in progress, but we have already replaced the front door and (1x) kitchen window. Expectations were exceeded yet again. 10/10 recommend!

    Over the past 10 years, Unicorp has helped me with many projects, including window and roof replacement, and installing new gutters. When I wasn't sure what I needed, they made excellent, creative suggestions so that I'm very satisfied with the results; for example, the new bay window in my kitchen was a brilliant suggestion to replace standard flat windows! In addition to being smart and creative, I found all the staff to be professional, courteous, and extremely responsive. What a treat to know that here is a company that I can rely upon, that I know will respond to me in this sad age of companies ghosting their customers or not satisfactorily completing their jobs.

    I worked with Unicorp to replace my roof.

    They gave me an extremely fair estimate after another company gave me an incredibly high price. Unicorp Home Energy Services was incredible to work with. Brian their owner talked me through the whole process. Their roofing foreman, David Jin and his crew were amazing from start to finish and left my home in great condition. I am happy to have recommended their work to other family members who have also loved the work done by Unicorp and their team. I couldn't have made a better decision and know who to call if I need any work done in the future.

    I purchased a patio door with internal blinds that included a warranty. Less than a year later the internal blinds broke. I contacted Unicorp and provided pictures of the door with the broken blinds on 6/2/2022. Since then, I have contacted Unicorp by phone 19 times regarding my patio door. Each time I called I have received a new ETA date with the most recent being November 11, 2022. As of today, November 17th, I have not heard anything about my blinds so once again for the 20th time I have to contact Unicorp to inquire about my door. Almost 6 months later I still have not received the repair of my patio door. The warranty department with Unicorp is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

    This customer had every reason to be upset. The vendor we ordered her door from kept delaying the arrival time of new panels with the corrected internal blinds. Although this was out of our control we did compensate the customer for the inconvenience and have recently spoken to her to make certain that the door was still operation as it should. When things do not go as we expect from any of our vendors, we dont make excuses, we just make sure we get corrected, in this extremely rare case it took much longer than it should have.
