    Please help me get my $43.86 back. I tried to resolve the matter myself by calling store the same day. By filing a complaint (#********) with corporate the same day. And by going to the store the next day and speaking with the manger Mr. ******* but I have gotten no results. I never heard back from corporate! On 12/02/2022 at 1:28 pm I placed an order for an 8 piece all white meat crispy bucket of chicken, large mac & cheese & large green beans for my brother and a 2 piece white meat crispy dinner with mac & cheese & green beans. My bill totaled $43.86. My brother always orders the 8 piece all white meat crispy chicken. In the past he continuously received old, hard, dry chicken that he could NOT eat therefore he started asking that his 8 piece all white meat chicken be fried while he waits. Getting the chicken cooked while he waits resolved all of the problems he previously had with the chicken. On 12/02/2022 my brother was not with me. I placed my order listed above and asked that the chicken be fried while I wait. The cashier told the cook who didn't want to do it so he said the chicken sitting in the warmer had only been in warmer 3 minutes. My brother and I have heard that before several times in the past only to get old, hard dry chicken therefore I insisted 4 more times that I want fresh fried chicken. I told the cashier that if the chicken is bad my brother can't eat it and I'll have to take the long drive to bring it back. I did not see the two mangers working who usually make sure his chicken is cooked while we wait. I took a chance and took the word of the cook that the chicken was fresh. My brother ate a wing It was old, hard and dry. The chicken made him sick, so sick that he had to take ******* that day and the next day. I took a bite of my wing and it was bad too so I didn't eat my chicken either Please assist me in getting my money back.

    Heres one more that needs to go to the Franchisee as the location of complaint is not company owned.  I see where they did complain and it was forwarded to the **************** Leaders (ARL) and it looks like one of the ARLs was in discussion with the guest.
