    9/1 made 79.95 purchase. Tried emailing email on website but got one back saying it does not exist. Called left numerous messages, no one returned my call. Reached out on website chat Facebook and Instagram also. On 10th I emailed refund email ********@********* and a Dave ******* replied saying order was being filled and getting ready to ship. To this date I received no more email regarding shipping and once again no one is responding.

    order was being shipped to the customer there was a delay from the vendor. Customer was notified of the delay and initially understood. After further back and forth messaging with the customer and her expressing her displeasure I informed her I would refund her money and still ship the item at no charge. Her bank refunded the money to her account and charged me back the full amount plus a additional charge. The item was shipped to her as well. So as of this response the customer has received the item and received her money back. She claims she didn't receive the item which I am showing the item was delivered and left at front door. I believe the customer is playing some type of game because of the delay in receiving item. Below is the detailed shipping information.

    I am not playing any game. As you can see he has a problem of responding. Yes the bank did refund my money but I did not receive package. On the shipping info it does not say who shipped it. Whether it was usps, FedEx, or ups. I contacted Lasership and gave them the tracking number they said they have no record of it.so I don't know who I can contact to have them trace it. It also says to click on camera to see picture. There is no camera icon on it so I couldn't see house where it was left. Now here is the link "yuntrack.com/parcelTracking?Id=YTXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" You can look for yourself. And no where on the website or when you place your order it says it has to come from China. The way it is makes it seem like it's coming from Maryland. He has himself as the vendor. It says nothing about he has to place the order with a vendor in China. He said he would send the item also but it was not delivered to my residence. Thank you for you for your assistance

    Good morning a follow up on package.

    Package was delivered to wrong address. Instead of being delivered to N15 street it was delivered to N16. The person was nice to bring it to me last night. He said he did not know who delivered it it was on his porch when he arrived home for work.
