      The service that this company provides is substandard at best. I called off the portable restroom on the first day of the next billing cycle and they charged me $300.00 even though I called it off rent. It was the dirtiest most under maintained toilet I have ever had on one of my sites. I do not recommend this service.

      Do not use this company. Two days after ordering a portable toilet over the phone and paying the agreed cost of $241.00 + insurance, they notified me two days later, which is two days before my event, of a price increase of $1,059.00. Below is the notice I received.

      I feel special rates for special people should be illegal. This was for a family gathering in the park, which was explained when I made the initial arrangements. Businesses should be penalized when the charges for services differ depending on the customer. I am very disappointed and I feel betrayed.

      Customer Phill H***** ordered a single restroom product on 8/23/2022 at 4:03pm for delivery on 8/25/2022. Our Event minimum is $1300.00 or (4) unit(s). This was called and discussed with the customer on 8/25/2022. The customer elected to decline, and was given a full refund per work order #1380427 in the full amount.

      My initial call to ASAP Site services was on August 23rd for a delivery on August 27th. They agreed at that time the fee would be $241.00 + insurance. I agreed and paid at that time. They called me back two days later, August 25th and increased it by $1,000.00. I then declined and advised them that would not be the end of it. Now they are trying to twist their discriminatory practices of offering certain prices to certain clientele, by distorting the truth. As I said to them then, this is not the end of it.
