    WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! GOOD LUCK GETTING SOMEONE ON THE PHONE TO FIX ANY KIND OF ISSUE! THEIR ENTIRE SYSTEM IS AUTOMATED AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! THEY WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND OR A WAY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. IT HAS TAKEN ME 6 WEEKS TO GET TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON AND WHEN I DID, THEY SIMPLY TOLD ME “NOTHING WE CAN DO.”

    I’ve tried canceling my subscription with Pura for several months now. I first received the room fragrance without the diffuser. I keep receiving orders and have tried so many times to cancel but keep getting the run around. I’m just DONE with this company and can’t understand why they won’t let you cancel? Someone please help as I keep getting charged! Oh, I left a ONE STAR review as this was the lowest I could go!

    This is the worst scamming company ever! They make it sound like their subscription is a good thing and it's a nightmare, the refills don't last at all, not even a week even at the lowest setting, I tried to cancel my subscription and it nearly was impossible even after fulfilling my subscription time frame they continued to charge me and send me refills I don't want, and worst of all they don't show up in my order history, they don't let you take off your credit card info so they can keep billing you, I will never do business with this company and advise everyone to stay away, buyer beware!
