    The receipt shows that I paid $1,588.94 for a "king" base. However, I changed my order to a "split-king" and paid an additional $316.94. Tempur-pedic never provided me with a second receipt, but I'm sure they have a record of this change.

    With apologies, we have no way to confirm or deny what was said in a verbal conversation with one of our Flagship store employees. The Ease base does NOT offer a "favorites" button and, as the customer is aware by signing the purchase paperwork, our power bases are a "final sale" item and are not returnable, refundable or replaceable.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am not sure what "verbal conversation" the author of the response is referring to, as my complaint does not mention any verbal conversation. Instead, my response focuses on how the Tempur-Pedic website fails to adequately advertise the "favorites" feature of the Ergo base and the lack of such a feature on the Ease base. The response fails to address this advertising deficiency of the Tempur-Pedic website and the role it played in my wrongful purchase of the Ease base, and also fails to explain why the company is categorically refusing to accept a return of the Ease base notwithstanding the fact that I am offering to pay whatever restocking fee Tempr-Pedic feels it needs in order to be made whole.

    Per our website (or advised verbally if purchased from one of our inside sales representatives), our bases are considered Final Sale, meaning no returns, refunds or exchanges. We do stand by our original response.

    This response does nothing to address my issue. The company completely fails to acknowledge that its website fails to properly advertise the "favorites" feature. I would like to keep this complaint public so that others can see what kind of service this company offers.
