A Plus Carpet and Flooring, Inc. installed Luxury Vinyl Plank (***) floor and leveled subfloor on 05/15/2023. After 05/15/23 installation, A Plus Carpet and Flooring did several small and major repairs to the floor. On 10/02/2023, an independent floor inspector reported that the floor was incorrectly installed due to uneven subfloor preparation. After the inspectors report, there was another unsuccessful attempt to do a major repair of the floor. On 11/16/2023, A Plus Carpet and Flooring, Inc. sent another crew to replace/repair *** floor and a subfloor in all areas of my condo. In the middle of this repair, the *** floor was still making clicking noise that was reported before. After I pointed this issue to the owner of A Plus Carpet and Flooring, Inc., he decided that the *** floor that they initially sold to me was defective and a new *** floor should be installed. On 11/21/2023, A Plus Carpet and Flooring started installation of the new *** floor. After four months of the new *** floor installation, there were two major repairs in two different rooms that were done due to the floor bubbled up and was making cracking noise. On 10/29/2024, I noticed bubbles with voids between *** floor and subfloor in my living room. I notified the owner of A Plus Carpet and Flooring, Inc., and his response was that the problem was due to low humidity. However, my humidity level was at 52%. Then the owner of A Plus Carpet and Flooring, Inc., did an inspection and replied via email that the labor warranty expired on 08/01/2024. I am not sure where he got this date from The last *** floor was installed less than a year ago and should be covered under the warranty. Please let me know if anything else is needed. I can also provide additional pictures and videos of the defective floor; as well as full correspondence with the owner of A Plus Carpet and Flooring, Inc. including text messages, e-mails, contract and payment confirmation.
