    The crews completed multiple projects at my home. The crew members showed up whenever I expected them - no surprise no-shows The execution of each project was carefully planned and expertly completed. Much care was put into the final product. I am confident that any future projects will be as successfully completed as all the others.

    CertaPro Painters of Columbia painted a large part of my home last fall '23 after a water leak caused extensive damage, including a ceiling collapse in the basement. In less than a week this company's team painted: a powder room; two walls connecting to the powder room, new baseboards in and surrounding the powder room, the closet adjoining the powder room, and the basement ceiling (after another company replaced the drywall). They did such an excellent job in such a short time, I asked them to do additional painting beyond what was covered by insurance: the whole main basement room and the family room ceiling, plus a few smaller sections. With the additional work they still finished in under a week. Alll work was really highly professional, price was reasonable, and did-not-creep-up. I highly recommend them. I will use them again soon and will try to get the same or similarly-professional team.

    I am a repeat customer. The team recently completed the 4th or 5th (I lost track) job painting the interior of my home.
    Once again there were reliable and did an immaculate job. Very thorough and thoughtful regarding how to address my needs.

    There was an issue at the beginning. My guess is that a subcontractor was used and the sub had not counted on actually having to perform in accordance with the paint manufacturer's requirements / recommendations. However, I and the CertaPro contact, Kirk, stayed on top of the workmen and it was completed on time and it looks good. We'll see how it performs over time.
