    The business falsely charged my account for devices I did not ask for or receive. They do not pick up phone, do not return calls for messages I left and do not respond to email.

    client disputed charge with his card company already and lost that complaint ( see attached already resolved in favor of merchant)  account is currently not active and unpaid.

    I have tried to call and email this company almost every day with no response. They do not return my messages or emails. I call them at this number with no response ************. I filed again with my credit card company.

    I am rejecting this response because: I purchased a book from them not a online estimates subscription. They will not return any phone messages I leave to stop this charge. I do not have any online accounts with them . This is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot get in touch with this business! Do you all have any way for me to get in touch with them?

    I am rejecting this response because: Your business does not answer phone calls, does not respond to messages left. I have never logged in or used your online system. I am a small business that would never benefit from your software in any way at form. I remember you offering the 3 months free which I never used. I only do about a dozen estimate a year, why would I ever agree to this. I would appreciate a call back as I have left dozens of messages which I have on my call log. My number is ************. I do not have $270 to spare in my life. Please return my calls and please give me my refund.

    I have added the purchase I made from them. Why on earth would I purchase a estimates book and purchase there online software. They still have not returned my phone calls or emails.

    My business account was charged twice for the yearly fee $540 in September 2023. When called to get the issue fixed we were refunded and then charged again three times $64 + $64 + $64 in September. In October we were charge $54, November $54, December $54, January $54 and February $54. We have tried since October to contact this company. We’ve called the numbers listed on their website, we have emailed many times with no response, just recently called the office building where they rented space. We were informed today that their office is vacant. When we attempted to remove our credit card information from their system we were charged $540 today. Currently on the phone with my bank in hopes to get my money refunded.

    This response just shows all the charges that I already have in my account records. My concern is that no one answers any phone messages or emails and my account was still charged monthly after paying for the yearly fee. This does not explain anything. I never gave permission for my account to be charged this way. When I attempted to remove my card on file I was charged again the yearly fee. I will not be satisfied until I speak with someone from the company and am issued a refund for the fraudulent charges made on my account.

    no charges are fraudulent- there are two subscription options monthly @ $54 and yearly is @ $540- client has done both over the years, and accounts are self managed as they pertain each clients personal pricing of projects.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    we were charged for the yearly subscription in September $540. Our account was charged $540 twice. Then each month after we were also charged $54 per month. It took two months to finally contact someone to get one of the yearly charges refunded. The company then continued to charge us the monthly fee and would not answer or return any phone messages or emails. Still have not been able to reach them.

Accounts can be started and stopped at anytime here, plans can be changed , and users have the ability to  Cancel &  change plan here.If the user chooses cancel, it cancels their account and access. If the user changes their billing plan it can either from monthly to yearly, or yearly to monthly. - monthly is $54/mo, and yearly is $540..Some users have multiple plans , some users change plans multiple times, as they see fit or for yearly savings.
