    Kate ****** of K&K Property Management was our rental property manager. She rented our property to a person she knew. The rental ended September 30th. The property has damage beyond normal wear. The bathroom, bedroom wall, dining room area back of cabinets were painted. The hardwood floor in the 1st floor bath was damaged, deck railings damaged, and deck rails drilled into. The renter requested to install new flooring in the dining room. The install was to be done professionally. The flooring was also installed in the master bedroom (not approved). The installation was not professional. There are gaps in the flooring that our contractor says cannot be repaired without removing some of the flooring. The rental drilled into the siding in 3 areas. Kate from K&K declined to have her contractor address the issues. She said to have our contractor do the work. She is now refusing to pay for the requested work, which is not inclusive of all damage. We requested that the renter pay for 1st floor bath flooring and painting as well as pressure washing the driveway. The total is $1170.00. Kate said she will only charge the renter $210 for the railing (which we did not repair - Kate did) and $50 for the power washing.
