    I am rejecting this response because: I need the job to be finished before i move in as agreed to, so i need the start date of that lease to be pushed back as well. I am now out of pto at work so I will  need to be compensated for those days as well since i now have to take off additional days for work UNPAID. These can be credited for additional months rent later down the line. I also want a key lock instead of combination lock which i was not aware of since **** hid the doorknob from me during the tour. I figured he was hiding the combo to a key lockbox. and Des neglected to tell me the multiple times i asked to pick up the KEYS. I was not told it was a combo until 03/13. I have proof of this as well

    I am rejecting this response because:I need video of every thing. Or sent to my email or phone.


    I need to see under the sinks, in the closets, in the storage. If that fireplace is not functional, it should be clean. I need to see that the floors have been cleaned properly. I need to see that the mirror, washer/dryer has been fixed and Id like a response about the door. And if it cannot be changed, i need to able to change the code because I do not trust you all. I will also need to know how much you plan to credit me for this inconvenience outside of the prorate? I will not be dropping this case until EVERY concern has been addressed thoroughly and on record.

    The unit has been cleaned, and all necessary repairs have been completed. However, the management company has decided not to proceed with the tenancy, as Ms. ***** has made negative remarks about a member of the property management team, which would not ****** a positive landlord-tenant relationship.
    A mutual release agreement and a refund of $2,215.97 will be provided to Ms. ***** once the agreement is signed.

    I am rejecting this offer.

    1. Repeatedly Lied about repairs and cleaning to trick me into signing a lease. (Can provide texts/emails. also turned down other properties)

    2. Refused to refund money the day of move in upon discovering the place was exactly as if was the day I toured (can provide video)
    3. Had to pay reconnection fee for internet.
    Had BGE connected to *************************************. Still paying for electric with EMS at current apt
    4. Have to pay additional month of rent at current apt plus late fee
    5. Had to halt all medications/shipments until straightened out
    6. Paid $600 for relatives to come from out of town to move me 
    7, Took 2 days off work to move. 03/14 and 03/17. They did not answer the phone on 03/17 claiming they were closed. $427.36 not counting the missed overtime pay for those 2 weeks. I am out of PTO so I will need to do so without pay when i do move. 
    8. I paid $261.75 for a security system specifically designed for ashlar court
    9. I paid $40 round trip lyft to and from condo on day of intended move
    10. I have had to buy take out since my things are all packed.  That is way more expensive than me cooking.
    11. Refused to cooperate with my questions and concerns and email back in a timely fashion. Also refused to cooperate with BBB thereby prolonging this experience.
    12. I have had the added stress of not knowing if I will be homeless or not because they have held my money and proven quite untrustworthy.

    If you want my silence, I need $6000 total back. If you want to give me just the refund, I will take it without the stipulation of my silence and my lawyer will be in touch for compensation for the rest.
