      on 7/29/2022 I paid $28.31,Check #**** for a one year subscription to the times. I included a $3.00 tip. The invoice states: PAID THROUGH 07/26/***** February, 2023 I stopped getting the Times; I made two phone calls, the second call dated 2/24/23. At that time I was told the Contractor would be notified and a credit applied. NOTHING CAME OF THIS.On 3/8/23 I wrote a letter stating that on **************************************** was being delivered--it appeared at every household, but NOT in the Court. I also notified directly the ************* .

      I am rejecting this response because:  A number of calls come in from a Chicago exchange identifying as Executive Solutions.  I am directed to call NO ONE IN PARTICULAR, rather a dizzying circle of menu options.  That is NOT HELPFUL.
