    signarama in Columbia Maryland scheduled a day for the installation of decals on my vehicles. They picked and scheduled the day and time. They were supposed to be here on 12/14/22 at 9am to start as there are eight vehicles that needed to be done. I planned ahead for them and spent $80 taking each vehicle to the car wash as they said I had to have them washed beforehand. I then had all of the vehicles ready by 8:30am that morning. In preparation for this I also rented vehicles for my team to be able to use for the day in order to not fall behind spending $1200 for this. On the morning of the Install when I call I was told they would be there in 30 minutes they were on the way. An hour late I call again and the story changes to they won't make it until 1pm and will have to reschedule to another day to complete them all. After I have already spent the money in order to be prepared for them coming. This does not include the wasted time of both myself and several other individuals.

    There are many discrepancies in the complaints made by Mr. *******. First of foremost, we did not cancel the job, he canceled on us. On the day of the said incident, we contacted Mr. ******* to inform him about the lateness of the people doing the job because of an emergency. We explained to Mr. ******* that because of the distance that they must travel, from Virginia to Maryland, they will be late. Mr ******* then demanded that they must be there and finished with all 8 vehicles before 3pm. We tried to calm Mr ******* down and explain that it would be impossible to finish all 8 vehicles the same day because of weather conditions but we will try to get the majority done and return to finish it the next day.



    Mr. ******* flew into a fit of rage on the phone, and cancelled the entire job. We explained to Mr. ******* that the people were about 10 minutes from his location, to which he insisted that he no longer wanted the job done. Mr. ******* proceeded to be very nasty in the phone, raising his voice and demanding compensation for a job that he cancelled.



    We tried to calm down and explain to Mr. ******* that he is costing us to lose money because he never even paid for the said job. We explained that his demands was unreasonable as we had to cancel some jobs that were already started prior to him seeking over services. We explained that because of certain circumstances and to provide the best possible experience for Mr. *******, we had to cancel another job for a man who had a family emergency to accommodate Mr. *******'s demands.



    Mr. ******* proceeded to defame and discredit our services and businesses. He is costing us to lose money with his untruthful words and action. Mr. ******* has made it his mission to blame us for something that is not our fault and spread lies to others as well. His demand is unreasonable because since he come to us, we have been cooperative with his demands. Mr. ******* had canceled on us and rescheduled so many times. We have adhered to every one of his demands without hesitation.



    It came as a shock when I received this complaint because we should have been the ones filing this complaint against Mr. ******* for all the damages he has and is costing us. However, we wanted to let peace rein and to move on from this messy situation. We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure the happiness of both our customers and employees., this we have unanimously decided to never work with Mr. ******* going forward. We will like to reiterate again that Mr. ******* never paid for the job and his demand for compensation is unreasonable as he cancelled on us last minute, making us lose money, time, credibility and resources.
