    Did a good job with the installation 10 years ago. However, recently, they have stopped supporting their residential customers. We have discovered that working directly with the solar equipment companies is difficult to impossible without installer support. Our inverter failed a year ago. Aurora refused to help with the replacement so we have been in limbo for over a year now, working with ********, trying to get it replaced. I understand not wanting to take on new residential customers, but refusing to support existing customers who have paid them tens of thousands of dollars is inexcusable. Choose another company for your commercial solar needs.

    company is not trust worthy. They do not stand behind their work. They were contracted to put in ground mounted solar arrays on my property but Aurora put the ground mounted solar arrays on the wrong property, on the neighbor's property -not my property. Aurora refused to move or remove the solar arrays . I had to pay another company to take care of the issue. It cost me thousands of dollars in legal fees to deal with the neighbor on whose property the solar arrays had been put on and thousands of dollars to move/remove the arrays. Had to pay the neighbor thousands for having the arrays on their property.
    Company is deceptive. They do not stand behind their work. They do not do their due diligence on their work. Did not properly follow the procedures for county rules and regulations for putting in ground mounted solar arrays. Stated they did surveys when they didn't
    Spent a lot of money on the ground mounted arrays but Aurora doesn't care about the customer once they have their money.
    Buyer Beware of this company
    Don't deserve any star ratings but one has to leave a star rating.
