    My daughter was in an accident on October 27, 2022. Her car was towed to Harford County Auto Parts. In November we contacted them several times to let them know she would get there as soon as possible. In December she made a call to let them know she was coming to get her things and the tags. A man named Ricky answered and as I was sitting next to her, asked her to bring her title and he would waive towing and storage. I heard him say this. She got there and he refused to give the tags until her loan was paid off from the bank??? After she tried to pay it off she realized she couldn’t and we called Ricky to get the car and the tags. He lied about everything and said the they owned the car? Since December 2 he has destroyed the car and refused to return phone calls and refused to meet with me to discuss if he owned it why isn’t he paying the loan off at the bank. His answer was “yeah I don’t understand that either “. For months Mr. Banks and Ricky lied and gave me the run around. My daughter has a bank loan for $9900.00 that has to be paid by Mr. Banks and Ricky for lying to the State Police and destroying a car that they did not own and keeping the tags and personal items from my daughter. They owe the bank for the car they claimed to have ownership of and destroyed. Total scam, theft and false claims. They destroyed a 2017 Hyundai ELANTRA.
