    Went into the StretchZone facility in *******, ** for a free 30-minute stretch as advertised in August 2024. Met with the manager, ****. Signed up for 8/eight sessions for $240. Made it very clear to ****, which he verified in subsequent conversations, that I would not continue after those sessions because I could not afford it. This was a birthday gift to myself. I am retired and cannot afford a monthly bill. On 9/21 they began charging my credit card. 9/21 - $240; 10/21 - $240; 11/21 - $119; 12/26 - $119; 12/26 - $240. All of these payments came out in 2024. I have since closed the account so that they could not keep debiting. I have made more than 7 calls to the Stretchzone in *******. **** keeps saying that the owner will call me. I have not received any calls from the owner, nor have I received calls for anyone else connected to the company. I was informed that they do not issue checks. I am still waiting for my refund of $720.
