    I made an appointment to learn about the programs offered in his "Weight Loss Center". I asked the receptionist if there was a charge and how long I should expect to be there. He said, “It'll be about 15 minutes and free unless you get medication, then, of course, you pay for that.”
    My appointment was with 2 office assistants, not the doctor. They seemed to assume I would just get a shot or take pills right then. I told them I came for information so I could make an informed decision. They seemed surprised but answered my questions. Then they asked a 3rd assistant to help them with answers they didn't know.
    When I was leaving I was stopped and told I had to pay $90. It was a 15 minute conversation with 3 office assistants! And I had been told the consult was FREE. I wrote to the Doctor, to complain, via the email I was given. It has now been 6 days and I have not gotten a response. I'm so upset with the whole experience!
