    I have a maintenance contract which includes emergency service. They are not open 24/7 as they claim. My AC unit stopped working on a sunday night and they cant schedule me til monday because they only have one technician and if he is booked up youre in trouble. that is not what i consider Emergency service.

    *********** contacted us on Sunday evening for an emergency service appointment. Our on call technician was completely booked with appointments in direct relation to the extreme weather conditions. All appointments are booked first come, first served and by the time the customer called he was full. The customer felt this was unacceptable that at a certain point we are unable to accept more service calls. She reached out on Monday morning to cancel her membership and though per her membership contact terms she was not entitled to any refund of monies, our office fully refunded her for the membership. Her plan terms do not promise we come within 24 hours or promise to come within any amount of time at all. Her plan terms provide her priority service which she was given when our office offered to come Monday morning (the day after she called in to schedule). Her plan includes free emergency diagnostic charges which had our technicians been able to offer her she would have received the call at no charge. We have placed this customer on our "do not service" list after reviewing the recorded calls of her behavior toward our employees who interacted with her on Sunday and will no longer be offering her service. We formally request her one star review be removed and we are happy to supply any supporting documentation to support our experience with this customer.
