    Well, where would you like me to begin? My husband hired Old World *********, the owner is *****; he completed a contract with an end date that has now been 2 years past delivery of completion, and services remain poor, the quality of work is very poor, and supplies have not been received. In November 2020, we invested in a swimming pool with Old World Pools. ***** started to take down two large trees in the middle of our yard that had been left like this for a year; the county came and gave us a violation notice because permits were not filed for the trees. I assumed all the permitting would be taken care of through Old World Pools, as this was discussed. Summer *************************************************************************** multiple piles of dirt, and workers only stayed for 2 hrs and then left. In May 2022, again, hole in the backyard, I received multiple stories from *****: the liner is back-ordered, I can't find anyone to work, and I need money. In 2023, the liner was finally inserted, and I ordered pool water to be delivered, which ***** knew based on his timeline. He told us to order the water and several reminders to ***** that the water was coming. The liner was set wrong; there are still multiple wrinkles, gaps of air, coping is off, concreter mortar on the liner that is stuck, cement sealing is still not done, pool cleanings are not done, I have spent time and money get the water where it needs to be, leaves his equipment for months, leaves exposed wires, the hook up for filter and electric panel looks scary and not sure how to operate, shows up late or never shows up. I'm requesting a full investigation to ensure this company is current on all licenses and certifications. I am following up to make sure this company meets all standards and regulations for installing pools.

    Hello, 

    I received an email from owner ***** requesting I renounce my complaint as he will be completing the yard work. At this time I am taking his word to complete the job this summer. Thank you for reaching out to him and making the backyard project pickup speed. If there are issues in the future I will be sure to contact you. Again, at this time a verbal agreement has been made to complete the project.

    good morning this is ***** ***** of old world Pool services LLC. The complaint that had been filed against me by Mrs. **** is completely a misunderstanding and false accusations. The conversation had been held with the person( her husband, *** **** )The contract was with and had been informed of the complaint once I received it. It sounds as if the communication issue was that the client believe that I was responsible for landscaping and stormwater management work to be done on the premises, which has been waiting to be done since last year. I gave a proposal for Services to be done, but I had never received an approval or signed contract to perform. What triggered this was there was a complaint by the county to close out the stormwater management plan on the job and they had a short period in order to do so , she had taken that this responsibility was on me and a lack of Communication between her and her husband on who was being contracted and paid to do the services had not been discussed. As far as the swimming pool work goes all work on the swimming pool has been completed as of last year, and they are under a maintenance contract for us to maintain the swimming pool.  again, I was such a bad company. I am not understanding as to why I would still be contracted to come in and help maintain there swimming pool and assist the family business if I and my business was such a bad company. So I do believe that all of this is simply a misunderstanding and should be closed as a misunderstanding.
