      On Sunday, they were hired to take our vehicle from our residence to an auto body shop. We had an appointment for Monday and had waited 2 weeks for this availability. On Tuesday, we contacted the auto body shop and they'd never received the car, we called our insurance whom was also confused where and who had the car. Hours and hours and phone calls later the business name was found. We called, and they claimed the car couldn't be taken to the body shop because it was closed and we weren't needed to meet at the shop because they could handle the drop off. Apparently they decided to scam the insurance and withhold our vehicle on their lot and made us loose our Monday appointment. We googled the address as they wouldn't provide it and had hung up on us multiple times, they had relocated and until we had the officer talk to him did he reluctantly give their current address (***********************************, receipt says **************** grambilis, and ****** said Pasadena). OBVIOUSLY SCAM! $612. Dollars later we had to reschedule our repair. No break down of charges and complete lack of communication and reconciliation. We have the whole exchange on our home security!
