    We were sold 4 filter queen machines, guaranteed to clean our air and we were guaranteed our daughters allergies from dust and dander would stop... I have tried to contact the company several times within the year of having the product, we were told we would have someone contact us after 6 months for cleaning and new filters. They never contacted us. The financial company they sold our contract too didn't help and never returned calls or emails until After our contracted was over. These machines have in fact not helped at all! Our daughter has been sick MORE then ever... they refuse to take our product back and they refuse to cancel the contract. And they state they know for a fact our machines are function so this tells me they have some type of monitor on their machines. This company ************** and filterqueen are going to s**** you over.
