    This business is chaotic at best. The staff does not respond to complaints from clients, and there's a huge lack of communication as to scheduling and cancellations. Unfortunately due to my situation this is the only business offered to help me, as a handicap person, for something is basic as light house keeping. They have few employees to come out to our homes and clean plus there is a huge turnover of employees. I personally am allotted 8 hours per month and rarely get that. For the entire month of February I got 3 hours. I received a phone call today to let me know that my caretaker would not be able to show up. The only problem with that is I had no idea someone was scheduled to come here today. When you call and speak to the staff you get the same answer always "we'll call you back". You never hear back from them. There's one employee in particular without mentioning names that was supposed to keep a problem with a caregiver in strictest confidence and proceeded to tell the entire office what that problem was. So I feel my HIPAA rights were violated.

    The complaint has been handled we immediately cancelled the caregiver she no longer wanted. We provide service for many other programs, there are 2 who do the chore program, neither of which she wants in her home at this point. Her original provider has been with her as long as we have had her case, she requested only that provider until this incident. We have been providing service since 7/08/21.

    We are providing her with services as they are allowed from our service plan thru social services to provide her cleaning 2 x's per month for 4 hours with a different caregiver, she also had a 2nd visit on 2/27 and has had her services as allotted for March
