    On Christmas Eve I went to receive my order from the dispensary, I arrive only to find they closed a minute early the time of closing was 5pm & when I arrived at 4:59 cones were up blocking my right to be served. I moved the cone and asked if they would still serve me as they closed a minute earlier than they should have. I was rudely told no by a few employees and had to stay in line behind other customers to leave the line when my order could have simply been filled. On 01/10/2023 I went to the dispensary to retrieve my medication when I arrived home I realized there was only 1 item when I in fact ordered 2 before calling I did check around to see if I dropped it at that point I did not see it. I called Allegany to resolve this & as they looked on the cameras and I waited to speak to a manager my medicine was found. I apologized to the manager for the misunderstanding multiple times before hanging up, I then receive a call from an unknown number and no name stating that due to these last 2 recent visits they will not be serving me any longer. There was no elaborate explanation as to why, I was not told what I did wrong, or any reasoning for that matter, no name was left for me to call back and there was no # to call back, Allegany did not attempt to solve this small issue with me that they had rather they called after servicing me and then denied me coming back again with no reasoning and no attempt to resolve the issue as I have been going to them for about 4 years now it is absolutely ridiculous to refuse service to me without any reasoning, compassion, caring, understanding, or any of the above. If this is how their business treats loyal customers that have been coming for years it needs to be known to others that this business will refuse service even with loyalty and them knowing that this is people's medication. A total of 5-7 workers were rude, ignorant, gave no reason, and did not attempt to resolve rather than turning me away. The behavior is unacceptable
