  I paid $600 for a service that has not been performed. Mr. ****** states he does not perform the service but will still not return my money. On 3 Apr 2023 ************* came to clear a clog. They brought in equipment, quickly located and cleared the clog. Two packed and began loading. i went out with the other to pay. Approx. 1 hour total.I live in an old farmhouse with 2 additions and it's anybodys guess where the pipes are. That's why i couldn't find the clog and called Cutters. While working, the crew told us about the camera and video taping. While outside paying, i discussed further with crew member. I was told they video, locate pipes, provide video and/or diagram. I was interested. He said they could do it then so they brought in necessary equip. I paid. When completed, I asked how long for the video. He emphasized it may only be diagram if video not good but give him awhile because they were busy. I agreed, waited over a month but received nothing. I continued to try to contact. Nothing successful. Most recently we noticed drainage was slow so we stepped up the effort to contact Mr. ******* My basement flooded and before we realized it we were literally shoveling sewage sludge. Not until after several days of trying to find a clog did he contact us. He then only debated about what I paid $600 for. It took a friend, age 67 and I, age 63, 6 days to locate and clear the clog. The pipes are a maze! and we weren't able to pay for a another plumber We went that long without indoor plumbing or able to use water. Mr. ****** knew the situation at my house. All he did was give us the runaround, and only offered to send help late afternoon of the day we finally cleared it. Bottom line same as first paragraph. I paid Mr. ****** $600 to perform service he did not perform, states he doesn't perform the service but will not return my money.(I have many supporting documents if needed)
