    Poor customer service. Destroyed property when removing a tree on our property. At first they acted like it was no big deal, like it happens all the time. Then it took FOUR MONTHS of phone call after phone call to the business that were not returned! They NEVER returned one phone call, messages were always left with no return call. I called the contractor that was to do the repair he was rude/nasty saying he had “100 jobs going” and he’d get to it when he could. It was not a priority to the contractor EZ Out hired nor to EZ Out despite the fact that they destroyed the piece of property. Pathetic company.
