    I bought a car from Fishers Auto and when I bought the car it was a salvage title. I needed new brakes on the car only after 6 months of having the car. The dealer said they would service the car dont let anyone else service the car except them. I said ok.. I gave them the car to put on new brakes. I was leaving for New York the next week. Got to New York and heard some squeaking in the brakes Continue to drive and then the whole brakes go out on the car. I tried stopping car but could not So I immediately pulled up the Emergency brake in time. I took the car to Mavis in New York to have them take to take a look. To my surprise there were no brakes put on the car and the dealer was and is still demanding payment of 490 dollars which I gave Mavis fix my brakes.. I have pictures of what was taken off the car and there was only strands of brakes left. I also had blow out on the road because the dealer is holding my rims and tires until 490 dollar is made for brakes I didnt get I am not going to pay for this I want justice and I will never buy a car from this ripoff place again.

    First and formost I am sorry this customer is unhappy with the help that I provided her.  To answer this  complaint from the start we at Fishers One Stop Auto Shop never sold her a car we only provided the repair work.  From information supplied to me for this complaint, she purchased the car on 1-21-2022 and we put brakes and rotors on her car 09/20/2022.  On December 1 2022 (which is not a week later it is 3 months later) she went to New York and needed service on her vehicle again based on the invoice she supplied to her Lease Company.  She works as a Door Dash representative which is very hard on a vehicle with all the stopping that is needed to be done, so I have no idea how many miles were put on the vehicle up to her trip to New York.  Also she has wrecked the vehicle on the front end since the work was done, so that could have also caused an issue.  As for the balance due which we have given her as you can see by the date of the invoices all the time in the world to pay for the work.  The remaining balance is for her tires that are a necessity to replace and she has not paid for them to get replaced and she keeps driving around on the donuts.  Again I am truly sorry she is unhappy but I have done all I can to help her since she won't pay her debt.
