    Dr. ***** is very pleasant and appears to be very competent. The office staff is not. They failed to call in a prescription, despite 3 phone calls in 2 days. On the third day, they called it in. However- we then learned from the pharmacist that in fact they had called it in to the wrong pharmacy the day before, and had never informed my husband of this mistake. Because of this, his insurance now wouldn't cover the prescription. He suffered an extra night when he could have had the needed medication. If only someone in the office had the integrity to admit their mistake, I could have gone to the other pharmacy. He would have been treated in a more timely manner and his prescription would have been paid by insurance. Covering up this error definitely made matters worse and we cannot say that the staff there is trustworthy.
