Im making this complaint on behalf of my elderly father (*********************) and grandmother (*************************) who live at the listed address. After hiring A&B luck plumbing, the upstairs bathroom had feces sprayed on the walls and the carpet was UNDER the toilet (its cut to perfectly fit AROUND it AFTER installation), the basement was flooded with 2" of water, and the interior of the house was filled with leaves and dirt that the plumbers were wiping off of their feet. Upon the companies request for around $800, my father and grandmother gave them $500 because they refused to clean the feces and flooded water, let alone the damage done to the carpets. My father called and asked them to please come and clean the water and the feces because he is physically disabled and my grandmother is crippled and has dementia, the environment is not safe for the two of them in their vulnerable conditions and they are physically unable to do the work themselves. The manager said theyd only come for $300 and theyd take the remaining $69 off of the bill for the "inconvenience", but they would only come and fix the carpet that was stuck under the toilet. Leaving the feces and the flooded basement for us to deal with. This is NOT ok. the leaves and dirt on the carpet in the living room is the least of our concerns, but the health hazards that they left for my elderly disabled parents to sit in, as well as their dog, is completely inexcusable. My father has pictures of everything but because of his condition is unable to send it to me. He is more than competent enough to discuss the manner over the phone but unfortunately is not good with technology, hence me being the one complaining. I am also the designated medical guardian for my grandmother, and partially for my father as well. My father and grandmothers number- ************** (ask for *********************)

In response to **************** letter our crew was recommended by the septic company who pumped their septic tank. They called and said the septic line was clogged. Our plumber responded and when the plumber went into the basement a ****** coupling had come off sometime before our arrival and sewage water was in basement . Plumber told the gentleman and lady in home. They said they could not go into basement because she was elderly and he had a medical issue. The plumber then told them they needed to get ******** or someone to come out and clean. The plumber then went to bathroom, the  floor was wet and tub had sewage in it ( we have photos which we can provide) . Plumber removed toilet and snaked line. Plumber was going to throw out carpet, homeowner said he wanted to clean with power washer. The plumber reset toilet and homeowner did call and say carpet was stuck under toilet. Homeowner was told we would come remove carpet from under toilet and he could pay the remainder of the bill.  The pictures will show that the amount of waste in the house and the bathroom was not something the plumber could  clean up it need to be done by a professional cleaner,
