    beware of this company. DO NOT DO ANY WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They lied to us and stole personal property items that belong to me. I was forced to used this company during a claim that i had with allstate. I was an authorized user and had full responsibility over the claim from begging to end. Allstate tried to tricking us into giving out personal belongings back. they had negotiated with clear (behind our backs) to bring back out property and tried to set us up behind our back with clear. they brought back out items from storage they claimed to "clean" (several items came back with mold on them so obviously it was never cleaned. we instructed them to remove items from storage so we can purchase new items with the money we reciprocated from the claim. Clear took the liberty of stealing items that belonged to my wife, my children, personal belongings that I spent years buying. sentimental items that belonged to my children. they returned the items and left all out boxes in the house. they claim they will put "everything back like it once was" which is not true. tried calling the manage kristine several times and asked about issue. she completely disregarded my concerns (ignored my mild complain) (BTW THEY LEFT MOLD GROWING IN MY CLOSET for 4 months in WET BED SHEETS AND CLOTHES THEY LEFT IN TYE CLOSET) and we had no knowledge up until we returned home in may . the water damaged happened in December. they ignored that as well. so all in all items were stolen that we instructed not to take. called back and got no answers. when asked what they did with our personal belongings she ignored it, i then asked her for an answer and she completely ignored me. when i accused her of stealing and what happened she hung up on me serval times had her rep answer and lie to me that she was in the office and this has happened more than once. stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company caused stress and pain on my family and stole items from my family that we didn't not allow
