    Envirotreat provided me with pest control services for a few years. After visiting the home on April 21, 2025 for scheduled service, they charged me a quarterly fee of $145.75 on April 22, 2025. According to our contract, that charge is for services that will be rendered starting on that date, lasting three months. Envirotreat did not provide any service after April 21, 2025, as evidenced by the inspection reports that I receive on my email from Envirotreat that show the last day of service was April 21, 2025 (report #****, attached). At the start of June, Envirotreat came to my home after I called them to treat pests. During that visit, the owner ******* ******* communicated to me that he wished to cancel the contract and not service me anymore. I asked him them to return the $145.75 he had charged me on April 22, 2025, since he had not provided any service since then. Instead, Envirotreat sent me a check for $44.58. He explained that this was the prorated amount between April 21, 2025 and the day he cancelled the contract. I asked him to explain what service was provided by Envirotreat to justify him keeping the rest of the amount paid ($101.17). He did not provide an answer, becoming enraged and telling me that in all his years in business no one had asked him that question, and that was "just the way things were". I insisted on asking him to explain what I was paying for, but he said that if did not like it, I should sue him and that I would lose in court. He then hung up the phone on me. I am requesting a refund of $101.17 because Envirotreat did not provide any services that would justify them keeping this portion of the quarterly charge. Envirotreat cancelled the contract and then unlawfully chose to keep the amount I paid them for without providing any service.
