    I attended school in January ******* with a $350 deposit fee I started off as a part time student attending 3 days a wk realize it was gonna take me ************************************************************************ March 2024 when we get our hours at the end of each month I realized I still was getting part time hours instead of full time I approach the situation professionally and try to resolve it with the instructor ******** avara and he told me to see his wife **** avara just to get a run around Monday -Saturday was my days I attended she still had me as 3 days week all while I still was attending she told me it was a minor defect and they will fix it accordingly months went by still the same results so I started to calculate the hours myself (Monday -Saturday ) was 35 hours a wk 140 hours a month I was only credited for 105 hours so basically the school was shorten me 30 hrs or more every month without me knowing I approach her in august 2024 explain the situation to her and this when I knew they was involved in scheming their students to stay longer then their graduation period I stop attending September 30 2024 was my last time .The situation made me feel uncomfortable after all the hard earn money I gave them every month ($300) with money order receiptsI try to resolve the situation due to health problems I had to delay it till early next yr which is January ****** I went into the school ask the speak to the instructor **** avara she was real unprofessional screaming and carrying on because now the Ponzi scheme is exposed its only devastating because I work hard to put myself in a better opportunity just to get fraudulent behavior and unprofessional business matters.The only resolution the instructor **** avara was to come back with only credit of 500 hours and she also took me out the online system where I get extra 250 hours to finish the online course which she purposely took me off so i cant finish my school accordingly to my graduation

    this complaint is from a former student that has been dropped from our program due to his not adhering to his enrollment contract that he signed. Due to Privacy practices that our school is bound by ************************************, I am not permitted to discuss the details of his dismissal in this forum.  As I have advised, Mr. ***** in numerous emails, That once our internal Investigation is complete. He will receive a certified letter from our school stating his number of hours, as well as his Mhec calculation sheet.

    because I have document email proof that the school banned me from confronting them about the fraudulent hours they gave me instead of correction so it can be the full time hours amount the rather use their authority to cover up the Ponzi scheme on their students including me
