      Date of Transaction: June 2, 2024 Transaction Account: $379.00 Business committed to dropping off a dumpster on an agreed date. No communication was provided thereafter and driver never showed up. The following day the driver shows up but we already had a landscaping service booked for the next few days. When the driver showed up unexpectedly, it took him a hour to drop off the dumpster preventing the landscapers to get started which resulted in a 1hr additional charged. Due to this awful transaction, we called to cancel the service but told no one could take our call. Looked online and the business offers customer service via text message. Using the phone number (screenshot taken from website), I spoke to sometime who advised of a $100 cancellation fee and the business agreed to refund me back $279.00. (proof of text message attached). It is now July 25th and the business will not refund as promised.
