  The company held my furniture and belongings in their warehouse two days past the mandatory delivery time required by law. I was 2 months without my furniture in my new apartment. Then when they delivered, they charged me more money to move it from one truck to another to get into my apartment complex, which was not necessary. Once I received my belongings, my kitchen table had a leg broken off and my coffee table had two legs broken off. Neither could be fixed. The leg was ripped off with shards of wood sticking out. I filed a claim and they wanted to give me $68 for $700 worth of furniture, but they would only give it to me if I had a form notarized saying I would not sue. The cost to have the form notarized is $10 and I told them I would not put another dime into this move of which they charged me twice for additional items and broke my furniture. When I call they say someone will call me back, but no one ever does. I would never use this company, they do not care how long it takes to get you your belongings and then break things unnecessarily.

  Roberto, Nilson and Jose were by far the best moving crew I've had in 3 moves during the past 4 years. They showed up on time, got everything moved faster than expected, and all of my belongings made it safely to my destination with great care along the way. On top of that, they were all really friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. Would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone I know.

  ***THE WORST OF THE WORST*** We hired *********** Moving Services here in Florida, and they sent the job to One Way Van Lines, not knowing it would work out like this. We moved from Virginia to Florida, which was a total nightmare from start to finish. In Virginia, we had movers break furniture right in front of us, and the movers did not care. They came at night to move and stayed from 9 pm until 6 am. The trucks they used were rentals and not meant for moving and securing furniture. They gave my wife a hard time and were very mouthy movers while I had to be away for work. They were always demanding more money and were going to hijack our furniture.
  They arrived in Florida and gave us a one-day notice they were delivering our furniture. They DESTROYED and STOLE over $20,000.00 worth of (Antique) furniture and did not reimburse us for anything. They referred us to customer service, they took three months to answer us back, and the result was $6.20 back to us. If you want to spend a lot of money and have your furniture BROKEN/STOLEN treated like ****, hire these fabulous moving companies.
