    On August 19, 2022 I went in for my regular cleaning, afterwards I was told that I should get some fillings, optional not required, and they asked me to go to speak with this woman in the office who had looked at my insurance and had guaranteed me it would all be covered by my insurance, she even printed an invoiced and circled my total charge was only $50, my co-pay, and I went ahead and paid that same day. Given that information I scheduled the follow up the next week and it was taken care of. A week later they called me and said the insurance would not cover it and that it was my fault for not looking into it myself, even though the information they had given me was incomplete because apparently the insurance did not cover the material they used, the insurance covered an alternative material which they just didn't offer. It is highly unethical of them to present you with only one option, lie to you about already having checked with your insurance, and then proceed to do the treatment knowing very well I would have to pay later. They were rude about it too, just outright blaming me for not checking on my own when they told me it was all covered and taken care of and the information they had given me was incomplete, after all the procedure itself was covered just not how they went about it.
