    I was recently in the need for a new AC unit. I contacted this company after a friend referred me to Ralph P. Sita. She had used their services on several occasions and was very pleased. I called RPS the same morning, and spoke to the office manager, Alexandra. They were very responsive and attentive and sent one of their representatives, Tommy Sita, to look at my old AC unit. That same afternoon, a written proposal was emailed to me. I had a few questions, so I called Tommy later that day. He answered my call, answered all my questions, and I signed and returned the contract to them the following morning. He later called me to inform me that the new unit was ordered and would be delivered in approximately 4 to 5 days. It was delivered as promised and installed the next day.
    I am very happy with the service and product that Ralph P. Sita installed. Also, with the constant updates throughout the HVAC process. Tommy, his team and the company did an exemplary job. They truly provided a stress free and comfortable experience for me. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.
