I contracted this company to perform an upgrade to my electrical panel. The work was performed on my home on 3/8/24. This work came with a warranty on parts as well as service. on 7/6/2024 our dryer began tripping the breaker that Carrion Electric had replaced. After having it verified by a contractor already on site that the issue was the electrical panel, my spouse and I reached out to Carrion Electric. They stated that the issue was most likely our dryer, we were adamant that it had already been checked and asked that they come out as we were under warranty. They came, did a prelim check and stated that we needed to have our dryer looked at as they could not find an issue. We then hired a third party Appliance repair company to come out and look at our dryer. In the interim, we were erroneously charged $175 by Carrion Electric for the visit. When addressing this with them, The owner, **** Carrion, attempted to extort the money from us by threatening to put a lien on our home if we did not pay. He also stated that it is the customer's job to make sure that the company won't charge them. At no point when scheduling, during, or after were we advised of any potential or applicable charges. When we received the invoice, we immediately disputed it. Once the ***************** came out, attempted to resolve the issue and we found that it was still happening... the appliance company advised that our dryer was in perfect working order and it had to be the electrical panel. Carrion Electric then sent out another technician, who still could not find the issue. I then requested that they attempt to replace the breaker in the panel as that appeared to be the issue. They obliged and our dryer was once again fully operational. During the dispute process with Carrion, the owner held a screaming match with my husband over the phone, telling him to get his "head checked". Then when the call ended, he texted my husband and called him childish and continued to threaten us.
