My name is ******* ******. I'm emailing you hoping that I could get some advice or assistance. My dad passed **** Aug 21st 2019. He lived in Magnolia Delaware at Bakerlanding Trailor Park. When he passed ***** he didn't leave any WILL or POA that I know of. All he had was an truck and motorcycle and his trailer. At the time I knew I couldn't afford it so I had talk to my sister. My dad has two kids and I'm the oldest. So as time went on and months went by my sister never explained to me what she wanted to do with the trailer. So mean time the mortgage company contacted me and wanted to see what I wanted to do with it. As a first time person going through all this I didn't no much about how things work, so they( Vanderbilt) started explaining to me all the information so I decided to just go ahead and keep it. So from Aug-April of 2020 no one was living there. But I was paying the mortgage. Now this is where the part comes in I don't understand. The land lot lady started harassing me about the land rent, now mind you I'm still trying to get everything straight with my dad's bills and ect. I hadn't sign any lease or anything. Or matter of fact even talked to the lady. So as time goes by in April of 2020 my nephew and niece moves in. She proceeds to tell them that I owe back lot rent of 7000.00 from my dad's pass *** lot rent. Now mind you I haven't even talked to this lady. So eventually we started to email. And I told her that I would like to talk to her face to face but she told me that we could only talk on the phone. I kept all my emails and it was some emails where I had emailed her and got no response. I even talked to the mortgage lady that was dealing with my mortgage case that she wouldn't email me back and it was times that my case worker said she had tried emailing her and got no response. So she proceeds to telly nephew and wife that she wasn't going to renew there lease not until I started paying 200.00 a month. She told them"that was her and my agreement". I told them no it wasn't because I have never discussed anything with this lady. So now she have left the company and a new lady has taken over. And she "told them that I would have to move the trailer to another spot in the park or pay up. She's taking their lot rent and putting it towards my dad's. I really need some help.
    Thanks
