The original contract was signed, with installation in August 2021. Issue with peeling and delamination were noticed in January 2022. Contract (attached) states lifetime warranty against this. After repeated back and forth with business to rectify from January 2022 to present (7/2023), the floor has not been repaired, as contractor has not shown nor communicated multiple scheduled times. The floor was completed on 08/04/21. On 2/22/22 I found that cement was showing through the cement. They came and agreed that this should not happen. *** assured me that the floor could be repaired and the repair feathered in without difficulty. The repair was scheduled 3 times because I was told that you did not have the color. The repair is bumpy and not smooth at all and is not satisfactory. Additional spalling and delimitation is happening in the center of the garage, where no vehicles are driven. I have repeatedly contacted the business through emails, phone and their portal. Sometimes they answer with a promised repair date, but they have never shown after the initial inadequate repair. I've attached records of communication and promised show dates. Reaching them by phone is not an option, as they won't return left messages. I am left with a garage floor that is quickly deteriorating with no access to the contractor/business for repair, as outlined in the warranty. It appears that the entire floor was not properly prepared before coating. It is my concern that any further "repairs" will result in the same and that more delimitation will continue to happen in other areas. The entire floor needs to be redone in order to prevent this issue from continuing and to handle needed repairs. I will need them to move out items form the garage free of charge, as I have already paid initially to have this handled.
