    I began services with this Spa in May, I purchases two packages for which I completed and paid a total of $3,935 (via my care credit card), my service plan expired on 9/12/24.-------------------------------------------------------------------------On 9/14, I decided to purchase another package total of which was $1913.50 (via my care credit card)On 9/16, I sent a very civil text message explaining a financial situation had come up and my decision to move forward with this package was not going to work out and requested they cancel my package and refund the amount back to my Care Credit account -- (my next scheduled appt. was not until 9/21 - NO SERVICES had begun on this package. My request was denied, stating that they have a no refunds policy...I would like to point out that I did not receive this policy no was that stated until a week or so after my very first package. I understand they have a policy, but I provided ample notice of cancellation and a request to an amount charged to a card for a package that had not begun yet. I feel the attempt to refuse a refund is UNFAIR PRACTICES and in light of the financial hardship I explained it caused. I have read a similar complaint from one of their customers as far as getting money credited back. Other than that, I explained to them I had no other issue.
