    On October 5, 2022, I ordered 10 cubic yards of leaf compost from this company. I paid $36.30 per yard, plus a fuel surcharge of $18.00, plus sales of $21.78, for a total of $402.78. The leaf compost was delivered on October 10, 2022, and I immediately began loading the compost into my lawn spreader and my yard cart. I kept track of how many times I filled the spreader and the cart. My spreader has a maximum capacity of 7.2 cubic feet, and my cart holds 53 gallons (7.09 cubic feet). I filled the spreader 7 times and the cart 19 times, and there were 15 gallons (2.01 cubic feet) left over, which amounts to a total of 6.93 cubic yards. This means that I received 3 fewer yards than I ordered. On October 20, 2022, in response to an email request from the company for a review, I explained all of this and requested either 3 more yards of the compost or a refund of what I paid for the 3 yards I did not receive. I also explained that one of my security cameras was focused on the pile of compost and could be reviewed to prove my claims, and I offered to provide a copy of the footage. (I have not uploaded the video footage because it exceeds 5 Mb.) I followed up to ask when I would receive a reply. After no reply, I sent similar information to the company via the contact page on the company website. Having still received no reply, I phoned the Edgewater office of the company and explained that I had left my complaint via the website. The person I spoke to said the owners were the ones who monitored the website and that they had been ill. I said I understood, and asked for a phone number where I could reach one of the owners. I called and left a message, and I called again but no one responded. I left another message on the website contact page, but still received no response. I seek a refund of $115.44, which is $36.30 for each of the 3 yards plus tax of $6.54.
