    I was lied to about a price of service so they could gain another sale. Instead of being honest about the price, he decided to lie and say it would be cheaper. So I would agree to the service. I would’ve never agreed if I knew that specific service was that amount. I come to jiffy because I trust that I would receive an honest service. Instead of treating me the customer with basic human decency, instead I got ******** If I was a man this would’ve been a different story but as I am woman they prayed on the fact that I have no knowledge of cars. These type of employees that provide our community with dishonest service should absolutely be shut down. We the customers keep this business open by coming for service. At the end of the day what’s right Is right and what’s wrong is wrong. That man knew what he was doing to gain a sale and it’s completely unacceptable!

    I just had the worst experience at this jiffy lube location. I am an elderly lady and I took my car to be serviced there. I needed several types of services, the employee who dealt with me told that the transmission would cost $150, later the manager, Eric would not honor the price, he lied to my face telling me that he had told me the price was $200 , he insulted me and kicked me out of the store. This individual was extremely disrespectful and impertinent. I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for decades until now. One of the clients waiting for his car with me and witnessed the incident could not believe his eyes. He said "he had no right to treat you like that".
