    Idk how Car Gold LLC is linked to 1 US Motors. But last week when I went into 1 US Motors dealership to purchase a Honda Accord ( I saw your company name on the temp tag) that was listed on their website for $14900. They totally wasted my time and cheated me. I agreed to sign a Contract for $17500. So I thought I signed it and would get help with financing $7500, after I put a down payment of $10000. I was unable to provide auto insurance at that time so I had to leave and come back the next day. They sent me home without a contract and obviously without the car as well. But they gave me the registration for the car, the name and Address for the company that was helping me finance the car, and my interest rate which was 13.6%. Upon arriving at home, I calculated the payments I would have to make and it came up to $27568. I was shocked and didn’t understand as to why I had to pay almost $30000 for a car listed for $14900 after putting a down payment of $10000. The next day I went back and asked them to cancel the contract and demanded my deposit back, since I never had possession of the car or never finalized the deal. They would not give me back my deposit nor cancel my contract. Instead they kept pitching me car sale deals after deals for the next three days. But my response was that I want to cancel the contract and my money back. Finally after one whole week of missing my work and negotiating my refund, the manager there asked me to lawyer up and take it to court. So today on my way up to the district court of Harford County I was involved in a 6 car collision. I have the paper work. Why I bring the accident up is because 1 US Motors have caused all of this for me. So I will definitely suing them. You can thank them for it.

    with very respect dear customer I know you put 10k but keep in mind on the top of price there is tax tag title fees and you bought warranty and plus gap insurence thats why your amount of financed went up and on the amount of financed you have to pay interest rate that fiannce company charge interest rate to every customer because of credit they charging you 13.99 over the years you have to pay interest rate .when you were here we go overnumber and you singed paperwork.ofcouse you bought warranty gap insurence and plus you have to pay interest rate that fiancne company charging you not us.

    My experience was HORRIBLE! After speaking with Kristina on the phone letting her know it was a 2 hour drive for me she assured me the vehicle was there and verified the price. I rush off of work and drive TWO HOURS just to be told sorry that vehicle was sold SATURDAY. TODAY IS MONDAY KNOWING HOW WEEKENDS ARE BUSY I WOULD THINK THEY WOULD MAKE SURE EVERY SALES PERSON IS UPDATED ON INVENTORY ESPECIALLY KNOWING YOUR "WEB MASTER" IS IN FLORIDA! THEN ASK ME TO ALLOW THEM TO TRY AND WORK A DEAL FOR ME OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE AND COME BACK THE NEXT DAY.... ANOTHER TWO HOURS UP AND TWO HOURS BACK I THINK NOT!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD

    Poor customer service after you've purchased a vehicle. Manager is not trustworthy on his promises to take care of a matter if you inquire.
