On 2/25/2025 I saw an Amazon delivery van, via door cam, back into my driveway which caused damaged to my blacktop. I was not receiving any delivery and there was no reason for the turnaround on my property. I reported the incident to Amazon when I arrived home, and they told me to fill out a claim form which I did. I was sent a claim # AMZ2025371147. I supplied a detailed description of what happened along with the video and photos of the damage several times. They kept asking for a tracking #...and I keep telling them I don't have one as I never received any delivery. The reply I keep getting is from a 3rd party agency, ***, who claims they are not Amazon and that they don't have any information for me, yet they took all the previously mentioned information. They also say that they are "unable to ID a driver at this location"...I sent them the video which clearly show a blue Amazon Prime Delivery truck backing in and out of my driveway. I have reached out to ARC several times to no avail. I do not know where to turn at this point as I seem to be getting the run around and left with property damage that they will not take responsibility for. I do not know the delivery company or how to contact them other than the truck said Amazon Prime.
