    On Oct 30, 2024, George's Driveway Services filled some holes/dips in my driveway and resealed it. I sent George's Driveway Services a letter on November 22, 2024 asking that they return in the Spring, once the weather returned to 50 degrees, and 1. Correctly fill the hole near the steps using concrete or stone before adding the asphalt top layer. This hole is completely open again and a trip/fall hazard.2. Correctly fill the dip near the end of the driveway until it is level. 3. Fill the low spot by the garage door. (I trimmed the plants and moved the gutter drain so that it could clearly be seen, but it was not filled).I never received a response to my letter and I haven't received a response to the phone message I left on May 22, ******** that the weather is consistently above 50 degrees (as needed for this type of work) I need George's Driveway Services to honor their 3 year guarantee and correct their work or refund my $1700 payment.
