    We stayed at this hotel May 25,2024. We arrived late around 10:30pm, checked in and placed a $100 hold for incidents. As soon as I went to room I was embarrassed that me and my daughter witnessed Semen on the comforter. I took that back for a clean one. Woke up the next day and went to turn in key, we vacated the room on time.11am. 8 days or so later no deposit. I called a friend and asked if she got her deposit back yet? She no she will call, she called and ranted that someone left red stuff on the sheets and cleaned there shoes with something cloth or towels.. I say on that’s not us, I checked the room. Surely to be told he lied and said my room did that. That is slander, he didn’t know she knew me . She is in a well know social club in my home state and if she repeats this lie it will ruin my character and be highly embarrassing. I called asked for a manager and proof, nothing. He said manager not there and we not getting money back. It’s other complaints on the review so I know it’s a scam for them to get money.Still today no one had called with proof nor even thought about telling me why it wasn’t returned, I had to hear this from another customer. And as I was leaving police was called because they yelled at a 5 year old Caucasian girl to stop running and she cried. So this establishment is a disgrace. They are rude to all the American customers.

    We charge $100 due to stain on linens and we throw it out due to stain not go away. We have a policy of incidental mainly for 2 major reasons. First if guest smoke in room and ruin the linens. Guest mention on reservation  that we are only 2 guests and also at time of check in when front desk ask she said only 2 adults. After check in my front desk see that they are 6 adults and 1 child enter in room. Due to they book suite so we didn't bother it too. After they checkout housekeeper found that linens had too many stain on it. So we took a pictures for our record which we attached.

    I just see dirty wash clothes ,which they couldn’t have washed first. Those who had on sandals washed their feet off and that’s it. Regular dirt from your feet. Second it was only 2 wash clothes and two hand towels and two towels. Some of my guest had their own towels and wash clothes luckily. They lied about the red stains bc we didn’t even eat in the room we ate to the restaurant across the parking lot. So I’m the only one that had a milkshake and it was not pink or red. They are scam others as well as I looked at the reviews that’s why I decided to talk to you all. I know they are foreign and treated us badly as guests and I’m sure it’s on camera showing me bring a dirty semen comforter back to front desk proving they are not cleaning, i just want justice on that and the slander. It’s been weeks and I heard that this situation was repeated by the woman he told all the way back in my home town.they sent several pictures of the same items because we didn’t have that many towels in our room. They are being very dishonest. I want my deposit back because I know they didn’t wash those items. Yard dirt comes out.

    After we found dirty linens from room we wash first and if stain not went away than we will charge as damage charges. In you case we found 2 towels, 2 hand towels and Sheets. As per our sign at front desk it will be $15 per hand towels, $20 per Bath towels and $60 for sheets. If you total up it will be more than $100 but we only charge you $100.00. Thanks

    I give up debating with them. I see this is going nowhere and me , my family and friends will never return there. This was one of the most unfair transactions from a hotel I ever experienced. And he slandered my name to people he didn’t know I even knew. So now my reputation is tarnished over a lie. I guess businesses get away with whatever they want. I don’t want to waste you alls time and thanks for trying to help.
