    We paid $4,750 for a job that wasn’t completed properly and was handled unprofessionally. The company has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I have texts from the owner stating the work would be completed as well as from a former employee. They took our money and ran. I have called more than 3 times and spoke. To their receptionist never to be called back for the issues to be addressed. We either want the job completed as paid for or be reimbursed the cost to have another company fix the issues. I have 25+ photos of the multiple issues. We expect a resolution before the end of October as this has been going on for months.

    Hi Mr. *** *****. The project we completed for you included a speed hump installation, a driveway patch, and a seal coat. Your driveway was older and the seal coat applied settled into the porous surface of the asphalt. As stated on our warranty, seal coats are not covered by warranty. You also failed to pay the remaining balance of $250. However, we would be happy to offer a reduced cost for an additional seal coat. If you would choose to take our offer for the seal coat we can schedule that for you. Please feel free to call the office 410*********.

    I am rejecting this response because this is irrelevant. You have seen the 25+ photos of issues with the work. Issues at the top end and bottom end of the driveway as well as along the edges. I asked another company to look as well and they stated it was poorly done. The speed jump itself seems to be done well, but the rest of the job was rushed. We want it completed or refunded. I have text from you also so happy to go to small claims court if this isn’t resolved.

    Sir, the complaint you have is for the seal coat. Which as explained, you never paid for and is not warrantied. You cannot ask for a refund on a seal coat that you never paid for. We will offer you an additional seal for a reduced charge if you are interested. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because you are wrong. You never charged for the seal coat so how could I have paid for it! Yes, some of the issues are with that portion of work, but despite not being billed for it, it is part of the great er service we paid for and you are the provider, therefore responsible for it’s completion. That’s how business works. You also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your website so you are legally bonded to completing this work above and beyond its scope. The other portions are grass you destroyed and asphalt that wasn’t properly rolled smooth. Address this accordingly or I’ll be filing suit.
