      This was not a good experience at all. The first visit was not an efficient effort to keep out the rodent. The metal mesh like barrier they put up wasn’t even sealed off at the top so we still had an opening. They were late to the appointments, to which, they gave us the times to. The second visit they just put wood everywhere and drilled a wood board to the back of our door and they left the rodent in our home after being told we wanted it removed and disposed of. And to top it all off they don’t answer phone calls we had to call 2 & 3 times to even get back in touch with them after the first visit. The work is very sloppy and unreliable. I would not recommend.
