    John installed out pool liner in July/August 2021. Shortly thereafter we closed the pool. When we reopened we noticed parts of the sidewall pulling down and that the pool was losing water. When I reached out he said the sidewall part was normal and he was surprised we hadn't reached out to him before then (Memorial Day - we had opened the pool a week or so before). He wasn't sure why we were losing water. He said he would be out to fix it. We didn't hear from him. I repeatedly reached out to see when he was coming. He said he was busy and had a lot of customers. He finally came out in July. He fixed some of the areas where the sidewall was pulling, but now all, and repaired part of the pool liner that had ben ripped by us not having rubber stoppers on our deep end ladder. There was also still a leak after that repair. He also said he would be back to finish repairing the sidewall because he needed a special tool for that. He has not been back yet and it is now August 17.

    Issues were resolved,as far as installation of liner is concerned, issues that did occur were caused by a self inflicted hole in their liner from installing a ladder without bumpers, which in turned caused a lot of water to flood behind the liner and cause liner to pop out of track. If you want to let customer know holes in the liner self inflicted ones are a billable situation which I will not be billing in hopes to reconcile with home owner and keep a good name with my business. She will be closing there pool, soon and she will reach out in the spring when she re opens the pool.

    John provided an explanation as to what the delay in service was and handled the issues that we were not responsible for. We appreciate him not billing us for the holes he found and are happy the liner popping out matter has been resolved as well. As I told him I did not intend to trash his business in a public forum, but, rather, I used this BBB forum to assist with the resolution we needed. We appreciate him and his hard work and wish him the best as his company continues to grow. Thank you!
