      Our mother in law recommended Morales Appliances LLC as they had purchased from them before and received there items the same day. We picked out a washer and dryer for total of $500.00. I sent payment to ***** ****** for $500 on 04/24/2025. He never delivered the washer and dryer and constantly states he is on the way or that he cannot fit with his vehicle to our location and will find another way but never falls through. Finally on Tuesday04/29/2025 after numerous calls and promises for unsuccessful delivery I messaged and called him to refund my full amount of $500 and he stated multiple times that he would send the money right away but never would follow through. I messaged him on 04/30/2025 that if I did not receive full payment by that day I would report his business and take action. He called me right away and stated he would send the money once his daughter arrived from work. I have him until 6:30 pm and at 6:40 pm I texted him stating I had not received any money & again that I would take *********** sent $1.00 through Zelle for confirmation of account, then after making sure it was the right account he sent $300.00 to my husbands account and stated he would send the rest of the payment of $200 the next day on 05/01/2025 and has not sent any money and states to give him time and he will send it. We are now on 05/02/2025 he has not answered my calls or texts regarding the rest of the payment. He has also still tried to get us to buy the washer and dryer after telling him numerous times we are no longer interested and just want our money back.
