    I have been coming here for years and have always had great service. Most recently, they went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire at a time when money was tight. I told them I just wanted air in the tire but they found a nail in the sidewall and offered to sell me a new tire at 20% off since the nail couldn't be patched. They had the tire in stock and I was out in 20 minutes.

    If I could give it 0 stars I would. First let’s start by me going to see if they could do the job on my car. I ask for my car to be fully serviced. Which amber was so happy to do it. And was saying oh it would be 600 or so! Which when my mom dropped it off that next morning while I was at work and she called an said oh it’s going to be 819 because I need window shield wipes and she could do the job and I say hey well go head. Never said anything about my connector piece need to be replaced or that it was broken after I picked it up later that day. They told me that was leaking and a piece was broken but I’m confused how it got that way cus it was never like that once I before. My car was running fine. I was so annoyed so I left I had somewhere to go. I had my 1 year old and 10 year driving a hour away when my 10 year old notice my car was smoking. I looked and my car was overheating. Never ever did that before. I called the next morning not only was we stuck in Delaware but my child was unable to perform. When I called and let amber know what was going on that blames it on maybe an air pocket and they needed to bleed the system. But I had to rent a dolly to get back to the shop wit my two kids because a tow was more then the actual fixing. Had to Uber two to work to and from and my car was sitting there with them doing nothing. When I tried to get in touch with the headquarters and make a complaint it went to the same person amber. She tried to argue with me and my car never got the service it need never got fixed and was told I wasn’t getting a refund. I have pictures and no one cared that me and my kids could have been seriously hurt!
